In 2022, Oscar Contreras has made numerous purchased from various small game stores. Once he receives the products, he proceeds to report the charges to his credit card company as unauthorized, allowing him to keep both the product and the original payments, at the same time leaving these small businesses with a fine of $20.00, and losing them both the products and the payments. He has been doing this for well over a year now, and its hard to determine how many game stores he has defrauded in this manner.
We became a victim of his scams in late 2022, when he made a total of 5 different purchases on our website for a total amount of well over $1000.00 worth of product. All of these purchases used the billing address

We were able to confirm that Mr. Contreras owns and lives at 3019 SE Tibbetts Street using Portland public records. His claim that he never received these products is false, as we have tracking showing proof of delivery to this location.

We have made numerous attempts to contact Mr. Contreras to recover the products, or payment for said products, and he has refused to respond to all attempts.
